Other Ingredients:
Vegetable Fat (Palm Fruit; Antioxidant BHA), Chicory Root Fibre (Prebiotic) (20%), Soya* Protein Isolate (8%), Emulsifier, Sugar, Tapioca Flour, Calcium Carbonate (Mineral Salt), Maltodextrin, Himalayan Salt, Stabiliser, Anticaking Agent, Flavouring (from Vanilla Beans)

Instructions:
- Preparation:
- Empty the 103g packet of dry mix into a bowl.
- Add 30ml of neutral oil and 75ml of water.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Cooking:
- Transfer the mixture into a microwave-safe mug or container.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes. If not fully cooked, bake for an additional 15– 30 seconds or Air Fry for 15 minutes on 180 °C (*be sure of Microwave Wattage before baking)
- Finishing:
- Let it stand for 5 minutes before removing or serving.
- Garnish as desired before serving.

Microwave Wattage & Baking Time

1000 Watts: Bake for 2 min (+ 15/30 seconds longer if required)
1300 Watts: Bake for 1 min 40 seconds
1500 Watts: Bake for 1 min 30 seconds
1700 Watts: Bake for 1 min 20 seconds (+ 10 sec longer if required )
Use microwave-safe cups or ceramics that hold 200-250 ml. This is the ideal size for the cake mixture to rise and bake perfectly.
Convection Oven Instructions
For a 103 g dry mix combined with 30 ml oil and 75 ml water, bake in a convection oven at 180°C for approximately 20minutes. Convection ovens vary, so use visual and texture cues to confirm doneness. The cake should be fully set in the centre, gently spring back to the touch, and release a clean skewer when tested.
